30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.
Statutory Rights by Region
- United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel any distance purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.
- United States: Please contact us. State laws may provide additional rights beyond our policy above.
- Canada: We comply with all applicable provincial consumer protection rights. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
- Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
- New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where goods are not of acceptable quality you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
How to Return
- Email us at support@hydrolifewater.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Return items in their original, unused condition where possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair as required by your local consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumable products (e.g. tablets, supplements) that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty or not as described.
