5. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation.

6. Worldwide Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Consumer Rights by Region

• United Kingdom: Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without reason and to a refund for faulty goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Consumer protection rights afforded to you under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected by this clause.
